PAYMENT
After registering on the platform, registration is only considered valid after confirmation by email, which will be issued upon receipt of full payment by the established deadline.
With this confirmation email, participants will receive their QR code / ticket, which serves as proof of registration and confirms that they are ready to attend the event.

Payment and Proof of Payment
Payment should be made by bank transfer using the details provided above, within the indicated deadline.
After completing the bank transfer, a copy of the payment receipt must be sent to:

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt.
Cancellation fees are dependent on the notice given.
On-site registration cancellation fees
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to the start of the event, the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration fee.
If cancellation occurs between 15 days and 6 weeks prior to the start of the event, the cancellation fee is 75% of the registration fee.
If cancellation occurs earlier than 6 weeks prior to the start of the event, a full refund of the registration will be issued.
Cancellation due to lack of travel visa
If payment has been made by the payment deadline of the event and a visa is not awarded in time to travel to the event, the full registration fee will be reimbursed. In this case, the visa rejection letter or proof that the visa application process has been initiated on time is required before reimbursement is processed.
