To complete your registration, please send either: a purchase order issued by your institution/company, or an invoice request.
Associate Fee: 150€
Non-Associate Fee: 220€
Fees include access to all sessions, coffee breaks, and materials.

After registering on the platform, registration is only considered valid after confirmation by email, which will be issued upon receipt of full payment.

Invoicing and Payment Confirmation Procedure
Invoice Request
Requests for invoices must be sent by email to 📧 cascensao@biodata.pt with the follow informations:
Participant's name
Institution/Company name
Address
Tax/Fiscal Number (VAT Number, if applicable)
Please ensure that these details correspond to the information you wish to appear on the invoice.
Payment and Proof of Payment
Payment should be made by bank transfer using the details provided above.
After completing the bank transfer, a copy of the payment receipt must be sent to:

Please ensure that all payment and invoicing information is complete and accurate to avoid delays in registration confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt.
